and in the real-world with practical applications, hands-on activities,
project and problem-based learning, teamwork, collaboration

Students learn ' The Hidden Treasures of Timbuktu', the world-class
literacy and scientific renown of the 'Songhai, West African' ancestors of
African Americans. Students research, conduct, videotape, archive and distribute video production group class projects.
