Jennifer Shaundeen Saunders

Meet Jennifer Saunders, the visionary founder of People 4 People Productions! With a heart full of passion and a mind brimming with creativity, Jennifer has dedicated her life to empowering the next generation through the magic of storytelling and the dynamic world of creative media. Hailing from the vibrant streets of New York City, she believes that every young voice deserves to be heard. Through innovative programs that ignite critical thinking, foster collaboration, and inspire community engagement, Jennifer is on a mission to help youth harness their unique talents and perspectives to make an impact in the world.

Andrew Salgado

Meet Andy Salgado, a proud native of New York City and the visionary behind In Collaboration, a performance-driven artist agency dedicated to offering transformative workshops for public school students in NYC. He is also the mastermind behind The Maverick Theatre Alliance, an arts-centric organization that has brought to life screenplays, film screenings, film festivals, and community arts initiatives focused on literacy and the arts. Currently residing in Sarasota, Florida, Andy collaborates with The Floyd C. Johnson and Flo Singer Johnson Foundation, an organization committed to enhancing the human experience through funding initiatives in the realms of Arts, Education, Environment, Animals, and Wildlife.

Marty Grace

Marty Grace is a valued team player with People 4 People Productions, contributing creativity, collaboration, and leadership to community-driven projects. He is also the founder of a creative clothing line that blends fashion with culture, identity, and empowerment. His designs are rooted in storytelling and self-expression, giving wearers not just clothing, but a statement of individuality and pride. His line embodies boldness and originality, echoing the same community-first spirit that defines his artistry. His ability to connect with diverse audiences makes him a sought-after voice at schools, events, and cultural gatherings, where his words motivate and spark dialogue.

Rodney Deas a.k.a Radio Rahim

Rodney Deas, the original Radio Rahim from Brooklyn, New York, is a pivotal figure in hip hop history. In the 1980s, he helped define the genre, merging music, storytelling, and community voices. Beyond music, he co-founded the Paul Robeson Freedom School, focusing on education, self-determination, and social justice for Black and working-class youth. Today, as a member of People 4 People Productions (P4PP), Rodney fuses art, activism, and education, believing in the power of communities to create their own narratives and futures. He exemplifies resilience, justice, and cultural pride in every endeavor.

Camry Harris

As the band’s drummer, Camry enhances the ensemble’s sound with his versatility, ensuring tight, confident performances across a variety of styles. He shares the stage with mandolinist Phil Barker, fiddler Bobby Britt, bassist Zach Smith, and guitarist/singer Adam Greer in Town Mountain’s current lineup and Smoky Mountain News..Camry Harris, the versatile drummer of Town Mountain, enhances their sound with enthusiasm and precision. Hailing from Martinsburg, Virginia, he ensures powerful performances alongside mandolinist Phil Barker, fiddler Bobby Britt, bassist Zach Smith, and guitarist/singer Adam Greer, as featured in Smoky Mountain News. Beyond drumming, Camry shares his artistic journey on social media, particularly on Instagram (@camryhd), where he inspires with creativity and uplifting mantras like “Step Into Your Greatness.”

Dewey Dockery II

Meet Dewey Dockery, a proud Brooklynite who wears many hats! Beyond being an Electrical Engineer, he is a dynamic craftsman, forward-thinking entrepreneur, and astute Marketing Specialist. Dewey possesses an extraordinary talent for transforming our company’s ideas into tangible 21st-century materials, products, and services, guaranteeing that our marketing initiatives deliver profitable outcomes. His groundbreaking vision led to the creation of our mobile ad truck, a powerful tool that fosters community engagement and amplifies our message of 'unity in the community' across neighborhoods all throughout Brooklyn.

Scott Shirai 

Scott Shirai, based in Cleveland's suburbs, founded Visual Perspectives in 1980, using his investigative journalism background to create a strategic communications firm for nonprofits and for-profits. A seasoned leader, he has restructured corporate foundations, led nonprofit boards, received White House honors, and holds APR and Fellow PRSA credentials. An author of a 1996 karaoke book, he has also acted in films like The Marksman (2021) and No One Gets Out Alive (2021), establishing himself as a thought leader in communications.

So-Young Kang

So-Young Kang, founder and CEO of the award-winning microlearning platform Gnowbe, is committed to empowering new learners everywhere. With her vision of “learning that fits in the palm of your hand,” So-Young has pioneered mobile-first, bite-sized learning that helps people build confidence, apply knowledge immediately, and stay engaged through interactive, real-world experiences. As a P4PP team player, she brings her passion for humanizing technology and creating access for all—especially for first-time learners who need flexible, innovative ways to grow. Through Gnowbe, she supports communities with tools that spark creativity, collaboration, and empowerment, proving that anyone can learn, lead, and make an impact when given the right platform.

Evangelina Byers

Evangelina Byers is a respected labor leader and organizer in New York City, known for her work within the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). She has dedicated her career to advocating for workers’ rights, fair wages, and equitable treatment for transit employees, while also bridging the gap between labor movements and community struggles. A dynamic organizer, Byers combines grassroots strategies with institutional advocacy, making her a trusted voice for working people across the city. Her leadership embodies resilience, solidarity, and the belief that collective action can secure justice for workers and communities alike.

Deven Mishra

Devin’s initiatives illuminate the pressing issue of educational equity within NYC public schools, highlighting how policies such as zero-tolerance discipline systems disproportionately affect students of color and contribute to the school-to-prison pipeline.. By promoting critical fiim media literacy, he empowers young people to embrace activism and exercise their agency. Devin’s projects transcend mere storytelling—they serve as powerful calls to action, encouraging viewers and policymakers to reconsider the educational landscape for all children in New York.

Ian Kiesel

Ian Kiesel is a New York City youth filmmaker and dedicated P4PP team player who recently began college as a film major. With a passion for storytelling that started in the 3rd grade, Ian has already created more than 30 films, showcasing both his creativity and commitment to the craft. This past summer, he served as a Peer Mentor for interns entering the industry, guiding new filmmakers with leadership, collaboration, and hands-on experience. Ian continues to grow as both an artist and mentor, bringing vision and heart to every project.

Phoenix Bedford

Phoenix Bedford is a P4PP youth filmmaker leader whose exceptional social, communication, and directing skills make him a natural team player and peer leader. With a charming personality and the ability to quickly craft dynamic film skits, Phoenix inspires collaboration and creativity among his fellow filmmakers. Beyond the screen, his passion for animals shines—he is a dedicated snake breeder and handler who courageously uses his snake, Medusa, to draw NYC street audiences and educate them about the importance of respecting wildlife. Phoenix also stands as a strong social justice advocate, lending his voice to issues of immigration and migrant rights, embodying leadership both in art and activism.

Willee Murphy

Willee Murphy is a dedicated youth filmmaker and valued P4PP team player whose talents span acting, camera work, leadership, and critical thinking. Known for his kindness, generosity, and gentle spirit, Willee is admired by peers both on and off set. His artistry is matched by his commitment to social justice, where he advocates for fair government policy and uses storytelling as a tool for change. Through collaboration and creativity, Willee embodies the values of P4PP and inspires others to lead with vision and compassion.

Chayil Byers

Chiyil Byers is a talented youth filmmaker leader and dedicated team player with People for People Productions. She brings her strong acting and communication skills, cooperative spirit, and inspiring personality to every project, guiding her peers with creativity and heart. With exceptional vocal talent and a passion for storytelling through song, Chiyil uses her artistry to give voice to powerful narratives. Beyond her creative work, she is a compassionate social justice advocate, standing up for neurologically divergent youth who face bullying, and inspiring others through both her talent and her advocacy.

Teddy Zhan

Theodore Zhan is a rising New York City high school student and youth filmmaker whose voice and vision reflect a new generation of changemakers. As a dedicated Young Ambassador with People 4 People Productions, he brings his passion for storytelling and social impact to every project. Beyond film, he is an active community leader and climate justice advocate that is engaged with the Billion Oyster Project to restore New York Harbor’s ecosystem and inspire environmental stewardship. Through his creativity, leadership, and commitment to action, Theodore represents the spirit of youth-driven change at the heart of P4PP.
