He is also the mastermind behind The Maverick Theatre Alliance, an arts-centric organization that has brought to life screenplays, film screenings, film festivals, and community arts initiatives focused on literacy and the arts. Currently residing in Sarasota, Florida, Andy collaborates with The Floyd C. Johnson and Flo Singer Johnson Foundation, an organization committed to enhancing the human experience through funding initiatives in the realms of Arts, Education, Environment, Animals, and Wildlife.

Rodney Deas, the original Radio Rahim from Brooklyn, New York, is a pivotal figure in hip hop history and in the company. Camry Harris, our musical ambassador and the versatile drummer of Town Mountain, enhances sound with enthusiasm and precision just like does for the company. He hails from Martinsville, Virginia, and ensures powerful performances alongside mandolinist Phil Barker, fiddler Bobby Britt, bassist Zach Smith, and guitarist/singer Adam Greer, of Town Country. Ian Kiesel is a New York City youth filmmaker and dedicated P4PP team player who recently began college as a film major. With a passion for storytelling that started in the 3rd grade, Ian has already created more than 30 films, showcasing both his creativity and commitment to the craft. This past summer, he served as a Peer Mentor for interns entering the industry, guiding new filmmakers with leadership, collaboration, and hands-on experience. Ian continues to grow as both an artist and mentor, bringing vision and heart to every project.
Phoenix Bedford is a P4PP youth filmmaker leader whose exceptional social, communication, and directing skills make him a natural team player and peer leader. With a charming personality and the ability to quickly craft dynamic film skits, Phoenix inspires collaboration and creativity among his fellow filmmakers. Beyond the screen, his passion for animals shines—he is a dedicated snake breeder and handler who courageously uses his snake, Medusa, to draw NYC street audiences and educate them about the importance of respecting wildlife. Phoenix also stands as a strong social justice advocate, lending his voice to issues of immigration and migrant rights, embodying leadership both in art and activism.

Theodore Zhan is a rising New York City high school student and youth filmmaker leader whose voice and vision reflect a new generation of changemakers. As a dedicated Young Ambassador he brings his passion for storytelling and social impact to every project. Beyond film, he is an active community leader and climate justice advocate that is engaged with the Billion Oyster Project to restore New York Harbor’s ecosystem and inspire environmental stewardship.
